Description:
pxy-3 pxl1-1 pxl2-1 er-105 erl2-1 erl1-GE/+ sextuple mutant. erl1 mutants were generated in the pxy-3 pxl1-1 pxl2-1 er-105 erl2-1 (CS2110824) background by genome editing. Primers incorporating the target sequences were used in a PCR with plasmid pCBC-DT1T2 as a template to generate a PCR product with an ERL1 guide RNA, which was in turn incorporated into pHEE2E-TRI using a Golden Gate reaction. The resulting ERL1 CRISPR/Cas9 clone was transferred to pxy-3 pxl1-1 pxl2-1 er-105 erl2-1 Arabidopsis (CS2110824) by the floral dip method.
