Complementation line. ect2-3/ect3-2 (Gde23) mutant (CS2110129) expressing the ECT3-Venus protein fusion under the control of the corresponding endogenous ECT3 promoter (ECT3p:ECT3-Venus-ECT3t). Gde23 mutant plants were transformed by floral dipping. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
