Description:
Atmsh2-1 mutation accumulation (MA) line P15. Seeds from the Atmsh2-1 G0 plant (CS2111592) were sown and 8 of the resultant plants were used to establish the independent MA lines P1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 13, and 15. The seeds of these MA lines were collected to create independent single seed descent (single seeds chosen randomly at each generation and planted to give rise to the next generation) over a further 4 generations.
