RNAi silenced line isolated by the AGRIKOLA project (Arabidopsis Genomic RNAi Knock-out Line Analysis); generated using recombinational cloning; gene-specific sequence tags (GSTs) were cloned into binary hairpin RNA vectors; a portion of the resulting plasmid was transformed into Columbia (Col); for more information see the AGRIKOLA consortium web site. Seeds for this transformed line were not tested for heritability and reproducibility of the observed phenotype.
