Transgenic line; The coding sequence of AtNAC2, obtained by RT-PCR was cloned into the vector pBI121. AtNAC2 was driven by the CaMV 35S promoter. Plant transformation was performed by the vacuum infiltration method. Kanamycin was employed for selection of T1 plants.
