Description:
Transgenic line; mGFP5 was inserted after the PIN1 gene (3506 bp upstream of the ATG to 2181 bp downstream of the stop codon). This fragment was transformed into heterozygous pin1-4 plants using the pART27 binary vector. T3 plants in which the wild-type phenotype co-segregated with the transgene were selected on kanamycin.
