set of ca. 62,000+ lines as 208 pools from W. Scheible and C. Somerville; these are activation tagged lines obtained by transformation of wild-type Columbia plants with the pSKI15 vector from D. Weigel; Basta resistant T1-plants were grown, allowed to self pollinate and the segregating T2-seeds collected in pools of different sizes; T2-seeds were grown at ABRC to generate the T3-seed pools which are the distributed stocks; this set of pools consists of varying numbers of lines; size of pools range from 100-350 lines per pool, most having 300-350 lines; these pool sizes represent the form in which the stocks were donated, and smaller pool sizes are not available; note that some pools may have lower germination than expected (70-80%); please reorder these individual pools if necessary.
