LRR-TKO; T-DNA insertion into a duplicated copy of the gene LRRPK (Light-regulated receptor protein kinase), translocated knockout (TKO); constructed transgenic plants contain interchromosomal rearrangements that are unilateral translocations associated with the left borders of T-DNA inserts that exhibit normal mendelian segregation; whereas wt LRRPK is on lower chromosome IV, mapping of the T-DNA localized the disrupted LRRPK allele to chromosome V; morphological phenotype similar to wt; resistant to kanamycin; homozygous for the T-DNA induced duplication/translocation; isolated from K. Feldmann T-DNA collection.
