Description:
SCR::GFP, single locus of transgene insertion; transgenic line made by vacuum infiltration of Agrobacterium tumefaciens carrying a modified version of J. Haseloff's pBIN m-gfp5-ER; the 35S promoter was replaced with 2.5 kb of sequence directly upstream of the SCARECROW coding sequence; SCARECROW promoter drives expression of the GFP gene mGFP5ER, which produces an endoplasmic-reticulum localized GFP; AL132957-promoter sequence from BAC clone F24B22 containing SCR V87974-mGFP5ER. Homozygous for the transgene.
