Description:
Transgenic line; 1.7kb of sequence upstream of the first nucleotide of the mature miR164c was subcloned into pCR2.1-TOPO, moved to pRITA and finally into pMLBART binary vector. This vector was introduced to Agrobacterium tumefaciens and transformed into Ler wild-type plants. Primary transformants were selected using Basta selection marker.
