Description:
Transgenic line; Full-length CUC2 cDNA without stop codon was ligated in frame to mGFP in pBJ36-35S. 35S promoter from pBJ36-35S was replaced by 3.2 kb of CUC2 promoter sequence and the resulting construct was moved to pMLBART binary vector. This vector was introduced to Agrobacterium tumefaciens and transformed into Ler wild-type plants. Primary transformants were selected using Basta selection marker.
