Description:
Coding sequence of BSK3 without the stop codon was cloned into pENTR/SD/D-TOPO vector (Invitrogen), and then moved to pEarleyGate101 by recombination to create 35S-BSK3-YFP construct. This construct was used to transform A.tumefaciens strain GV3101; det2-1 mutant plants were transformed by floral dip method.
