Significantly reduced JA level in unwounded and wounded leaves. Increased susceptibility to Trichoplusia ni larvae attack, associated with a lack of larvae-induced JA accumulation. No change in susceptibility or JA accumulation upon Alternaria brassicicola infection when compared with the wild-type. Reduced fecundity most likely due to decreased pollen viability.
