Description:
double mutant generated by crossing etr1-1 (male parent) and coi1-16; identified in the F2 generation by PCR; found to contain an additional pen2 mutation. In glabrous mutant background (lacks trichomes on leaves and stems).
Growth Requirement: Recommended to germinate on MS media and transplant to soil. Grow at 23C, 16 Hr. light/8 hr. dark until the bolting stage. Then transfer plants to 16 C to collect seeds, otherwise infertile.
