Description:
Transgenic line; 7972 bp of the REV genomic DNA fragment containing 3779 bp of sequence upstream of ATG and the whole genomic coding region was amplified and cloned into a version of pBJ36, containing a 9X Alanine linker followed by VENUS reporter. A NotI fragment containing the construct was cloned into pMLBART and transformed into pPIN1::PIN1-GFP (CS23889) plants. Homozygous for the transgene. Kanamycin resistant for pPIN1::PIN1-GFP;Basta resistant (25 mg/L) for pREV::REV-VENUS.
