Transgenic line; Full-length ICE1 cDNA was cloned into pEGAD under control of the CaMV 35S promoter. The resulting GFP-ICE1 construct was transformed into wild-type (Col(gl) homozygous for the CBF3-LUC transgene) via Agrobacterium strain GV3101. Homozygous for the transgene. Basta resistant.
