Description:
Transgenic line; DNA fragment (covering 5' upstream of the AtMLO4 promoter region) from Col-0 was amplified and cloned into the SmaI site of pBluescript, then excised as EcoRI/NcoI and co-ligated with an NcoI/HindIII GUS fragment (excised from pSLJ4D4) into the binary vector pPZP211, and the Col-0 plants were transformed using the floral dip method. Homozygous for the transgene. Kanamycin resistant.
