Description:
Triple mutant generated in a multi-step process due to linkage between CLT1 and CLT3. clt1-1 was crossed to clt3-2 to generate lines heterozygous for both alleles. These lines were crossed to clt1-1 clt2-1 clt3-1 to isolate clt1-1/clt1-1 clt2-1/CLT2-1 clt3-1/clt3-2 lines, which were selfed to isolate the homozygous triple mutant.
