edm1-1 mutant; Isolated from a population of fast neutron treated Col-5 seedlings (glabrous1 mutant of Col-0) in a screen for mutants susceptible to Hyaloperonospora arabidopsidis isolate Cala2. Homozygous sgt1b (edm1-1) mutant plants were selected by protein immunoblot with anti-SGT1 antibody and DNA sequencing.
