Description:
Transgenic line; 2937 bp AtSWEET11 promoter and 1847 bp of AtSWEET11 genomic DNA without stop codon was amplified and cloned into pGWB1. The stop codon and 3'-UTR were also provided by the vector. The atsweet11;12 plant (CS68845) was transformed using the floral dip method. Original donated stock is T3 generation; homozygous for the transgene; kanamycin or hygromcyin resistant. There may be more than one transgene inserted.
