Description:
The quadruple mutant was generated by crossing the double mutants tcp8-1 tcp15-1 (CS68938) and tcp22-1 tcp23-1 (CS68939). Double homozygous recessive plants were crossed and from F3 progenies, the quadruple mutant was identified by PCR genotyping.
