Description:
Mutant isolated from EMS-mutagenized GFP-h plants. GFP-h is an Arabidopsis (ecotype Col) transformed with a pro35S:SP-GFP-HDEL encoding SP-GFP-HDEL, which is composed of the signal peptide of pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima) 2S albumin, and GFP followed by a 12 amino-acid sequence including an ER-retention signal, HDEL. The construct was inserted into the pBI121 binary vector. Homozygous for the mutation. Homozygous for the transgene.
