Description:
Transgenic line; 1.7 kb of genomic DNA containing the promoter region and the leader of the CDKA;1 gene was amplified and cloned into the pGUS1 vector upstream of the GUS coding sequence. The resulting cassette was subcloned into the SalI and ScaI restriction sites of pGSV4. The construct was crossed into hxk1-3 (CS69135) single mutant plants. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene. Homozygous for the mutation (hxk1-3).
