Description:
ap1-1 cal1-1 plants (CS6161) were sequentially transformed with 35S::AP1-GR (Yu et al., Nat Genetics 2004) and pOp(6x)::HF-RPL18 constructs. The His- and FLAG-tagged RPL18 (HF-RPL18) coding sequence was isolated from pGATA 35S::HF-RPL18 (Zanetti et al, 2005) and inserted into the pV-TOP vector under the control of pOp(6x) promoter (Craft et al., Plant J 2005). The double transgenic line 35S::AP1-GR pOp(6x)::HF-RPL18 ap1-1 cal1-1 was crossed to pLAS1::LhG4 line (Goldshmidt et al., 2008). Kanamycin resistant, Hygromycin resistant and Basta resistant. Homozygous for all transgenes and mutations.
