Description:
Transgenic line over-expressing CBF1. 828 bp fragment containing the CBF1 coding region was cloned under control of the CaMV 35S promoter into the BgIII site of binary vector pGA643 to create the plasmid, pMPS8. The Ws-2 plant was transformed using the floral dip method. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
