pPIN3:PIN3-GFP transgene in pin3-4 mutant background. 2618 bp of the PIN3 promoter was amplified and cloned into the pCAMBIA1300-NOS binary vector containing PIN3-GFP (Lee and Cho, 2006) and the pin3-4 (SALK_038609) plant was transformed. Hygromycin resistant. Segregating for the transgene. Homozygous for the mutation. Original donated stock: T2 generation.
