Transgenic line; The pTIR1:tir1-Myc construct was made by introducing a 2-kb 5 upstream region of the TIR1 gene adjacent to the tir1 cDNA harboring the D170E and M473L mutations into pGWB16 vector and transformed into the AXR3NT-GUS (Col-0) background (CS69686). Line 6-10 (CS69669) is slightly stronger than line 10-10. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
