pEML1::GFP-EML1 minigene was constructed using Multisite Gateway Technology (Invitrogen) by fusing the promoter region of EML1 (1.35kb upstream of the EML1 coding sequence) to the sGFP sequence in frame with the EML1 coding sequence into pH7m34GW. pEML1::GFP-EML1 was transformed into eml1-2 mutant plants (CS69823) by floral dip. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
