Description:
Transgenic line; FIS2 2.4-kb 5'-flanking sequence, along with the genomic coding region was amplified from Col-0 genomic DNA and cloned upstream of theÿYFPÿreporter gene, followed by 570-bp 3'-flanking sequence of the FIS2 gene in a modified pBI101 vector. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Kanamycin resistant. Transgene zygosity unknown.
