Description:
Transgenic line; 1.3-kb of the ultrasensitive Ca2+ biosensor GCaMP6 coding region was PCR amplified from the pGP-CMV-GCaMP6s plasmid (Addgene). The amplified DNA was then inserted into plant expression vector HBT-HA-NOS to generate HBT-GCaMP6-HA. This construct was inserted into binary vector pCB302 and transformed into Col-0 plants by the floral dip method. Basta resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
