Description:
Transgenic GFP-fusion expression line harboring the pS25(AT4G36160)::cS25:GFP(-G):NOS construct. The GFP reporter fusion construct was generated by using the MultiSite Gateway Three-Fragment Vector Construction system (Invitrogen); final construct in Agrobacterium was transformed into Columbia ecotype plants by using the floral dip method; transformed plants (T1) were selected with Basta on soil and 5 to 7-day-old T2 seedlings were grown and imaged by using confocal laser scanning microscopy; distributed seeds are T3.
Growth Requirement: Segregating for the transgene. basta resistant.
