Description:
Transgenic line generated with the EGL3 cDNA which was PCR amplified with primers 5'-actagtATGGCAACCGGAGAAAACAGAACG-3' and 5'-actagtACATATCCATGCAACCCTTTGAAGTGC-3', and cloned into a TOPO-TA vector (Invitrogen) and subsequently cloned into the SpeI site of pBSKS (Stratagene). The GR coding region was amplified by PCR with primers 5'-tctagaCGAAAAACAAAGAAAAAAATCAAAGGG-3' and 5'-gcggccgcTCATTTTTGATGAAACAGAAGCTTTTTG-3', cloned into a TOPO-TAvector, and then cloned into the NotI and XbaI sites of pBSKS containing previously cloned EGL3 cDNA. EGL3-GR was amplified by PCR with primers 5'-caccATGGCAACCGGAGAAAACAGAACGG-3' and 5'-gcggccgcTCATTTTTGATGAAACAGAAGCTTTTTG-3', cloned into pENTR, and then recombined into the Gateway site of pGWB2 to construct p35S::EGL3-GR.
