Description:
Transgenic line expressing ABSCISIC ACID RESPONSIVE ELEMENT (ABRE)-based synthetic promoter reporter 6xABRE_A::erGFP. A 30-bp window of sequence, including the 7-bp ABRE sequence (ACGTGTC), from abscisic acid-responsive gene ABI1 was multimerized six times and fused upstream of a CaMV 35S minimal promoter and an endoplasmic reticulum-localized GFP (erGFP) reporter gene. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Homozygous for the transgene.
