Description:
Transgenic line expressing CTG10:GFP driven by the CaMV 35S promoter. The CTG10 CDS was amplified without the stop codon and introduced into pKYLX80 between its CaMV 35S promoter and an in-frame fusion with GFP. The cassette was then subcloned into a modified pCAMBIA2301. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
