Description:
ctg10 mutant complemented with CTG10. A 3198 bp fragment consisting of a 1097 bp promoter, the 1152 bp CTG10 gene, and 949 bp 3 of the stop codon was introduced into a modified pRTL2 vector (eliminating the dual CaMV 35S promoters and TEV translational enhancer) and subcloned into pMLBART. ctg10 plants (CS71627) were transformed by the floral dip method. Basta resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
