Description:
Chromosome 4 fluorescence-tagged transgenic line expressing construct 5, an enhanced YFP and tet repressor/operator system, and a second construct containing the RPS5 promoter to drive expression of genes encoding the Tet repressor-EYFP fusion protein (TY) and histone H2B fused to monomeric DsRed (modification of construct C5; Figure 1, Matzke et al., 2010). Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Kanamycin and phosphinotricin resistant. Homozygous for the transgenes.
