Description:
treph1-1 mutant expressing dPro35S::His::YFP::TREPH1. A 2.0-kb DNA fragment encoding the full-length TREPH1 gene was amplified from Arabidopsis genomic DNA by PCR, fused with a His-YFP tag at the N terminus and ligated to binary vector pHub10 for expression under the control of a double CaMV 35S promoter. treph1-1 (SALK_023690C) mutant plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
