Description:
Transgenic line generated by knocking down TET9 expression with artificial miRNA (35S:amiRNA-TET9) in the tet8 (SALK_136039C) mutant background. The artificial miRNA construct was generated using the miR319a backbone (pRS300 plasmid) and sRNA was expressed by the CaMV 35S promoter in binary vector pEarleyGate 100. Basta resistant. Homozygous for the 35S:amiRNA-TET9 construct.
