Description:
ers1-2 mutant expressing ERS1 driven by its native promoter with C-terminal Myc and tandem affinity purification (TAP) tags. The region encoding ERS1 along with the upstream promoter sequence was amplified from the Arabidopsis BAC clone T20B5 (GenBank accession no. AC002409) and the PCR product was cloned into vector pCAMBIA2380-Myc-TAP. The construct was transformed into the corresponding single loss-of-function mutant background, ers1-2 (CS3978). Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
