Transgenic stomatal lineage reporter line. Transcriptional reporter for MUTE was made by PCR amplification of 1.7 kb of DNA 5 prime of the translational start site and fused to GFP in vector pMDC107. Col-0 plants were stably transformed via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
