Description:
Transgenic line expressing the CRISPR-Cas9 system SunTag VP64 without a guide RNA (nog). The SunTag system contains two modules: dCas9 + epitope (10xGCN4) tail and a single chain antibody (scFv) fused to sfGFP and VP64, both driven by the UBQ10 promoter. The SunTag VP64 nog construct was cloned into the pMOA34 binary vector. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Hygromycin resistant. Segregating for the transgene.
