Description:
Transgenic line generated by cloning ARR1deltaDDK:GR in pENTR-D-TOPO and moving the amplified fragment into the pMX6xOPs binary vector by the LR reaction. The construct was then transformed into the Ler-0 background, crossed with the pCLV3:LhG4 driver line and selected by gentamicin resistance. T2 plants were crossed with other reporter markers (other markers may or may not be present), so the T4 generation is still not homozygous.
Growth Requirement: gentamicin selection; dexamethasone induction for phenotype
