Description:
Transgenic line overexpressing PIF7 fused to CFP driven by the CaMV 35S promoter (35S:PIF7:CFP). The PIF7 open reading frame was cloned into the EcoRI and BamHI sites in pEZS-NL (D. Ehrhardt) with eGFP replaced with eCFP. The 35S:PIF7:CFP construct was then moved into binary vector pART27 and used to transform Col-0 plants. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
