Description:

RPM1-myc rpm1-3 rps2-101c rin4 (CS68783) expressing a T7-tagged T166A AvrB binding site (BBS) mutant of RIN4 driven by the native RIN4 promoter. The T166A BBS mutant of RIN4 was generated by site-directed mutagenesis. The transgene was cloned into the pBAR1-GW destination vector for Basta selection and plant transformation was performed using the floral dip method. Homozygous for the transgenes.
