Description:

rpm1-3 rps2-101c rin4 triple mutant (CS68760) expressing a T7-tagged phosphomimic T166D mutant of RIN4 driven by the native RIN4 promoter. The transgene was cloned into the pBAR1-GW destination vector for Basta selection and plant transformation was performed using the floral dip method. Potentially segregating for the transgene.
