Description:
Transgenic line carrying the CaMV35Spro-HTA6::GFP transgene. The in-frame fusion of HTA6 to the N-terminus of GFP, which is downstream of an enhanced CaMV 35S promoter, was generated by inserting the A. thaliana core histone HTA6 coding sequence (450 bp) into pCsGFPB, a modified pCAMBIA1302 vector containing an sGFP expression cassette. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
