Description:
Transgenic overexpressor line. The 35Sp::GFP:EXO70A3 construct was generated by Multisite Gateway reaction of building blocks -attL4-35Sp-attR1, attR1-GFP-attL2 and attR2-EXO70A3-attL3 and the pB7m34GW backbone (BASTA selection). GFP, 35S promoter and backbone were obtained from Karimi et al. 2007. EXO70A3 CDS was subcloned into pDONOR P2rP3 (Invitrogen) using BP clonase recombination. Col-0 plants were transformed. Homozygous for the transgene.
