smu2-1 mutant isolated from a population of EMS-mutagenized coilin mutant (hgf1-8) seedlings homozygous for the Target transgene (CS69639). The smu2-1 mutation (C to T transition, Chr 2:11258173) results in a 5ÔÇÖ splice site mutation at the 5th intron. Homozygous for the T locus (Target transgene) and both mutations. M3 generation was donated.
