Description:
Transgenic line. 35S::PIF3-A19:GFP in the pif3-3 mutant background. The full length PIF3 sequence without stop codon was amplified via PCR from a plasmid template and cloned into a Gateway entry vector. 19 S and T residues were subsequently mutated via site directed mutagenesis. LR reaction into binary vector B7FWG was performed and pif3-3 plants were transformed via floral dip. BASTA resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
