Transgenic line. Col-0 plants were transformed with the UPG plasmid (Addgene #161003) coding for a PCP-mGFP5 fusion driven by the Arabidopsis UBQ10 constitutive promoter and a second construct containing a PP7 reporter driven by the Arabidopsis HSP101 promoter and a H2B-mScarlet nuclear marker (based on Addgene plasmid #161006). Hygromycin and kanamycin resistant. Potentially segregating for the transgenes.
